Garlic Butter Mushroom Risotto

Ingredients 

• Arborio rice
• Mushrooms
• Chicken or vegetable broth
• White wine
• Onion
• Parmesan cheese
• Mike's Garlic Butter Seasoning

Directions 

• Sauté mushrooms, onions, and garlic in butter.
• Add Arborio rice and cook until translucent.
• Pour in chicken or vegetable broth gradually while stirring.
• Stir in Mike's Garlic Butter Seasoning and Parmesan cheese until creamy.
