Mike's Famous Steak & Onions May 26 2023

Prep Time: 10 minutes  Marinate Time: 15 minutes  Cook Time: 15 minutes  Serves: 6

Ingredients

1-1/2 tsp. Mike’s All Purpose Original Seasoning 1/2 tsp. Mike’s All Purpose Spicy Seasoning  1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed  3 boneless shell steaks, 1-inch-thick (about 1-1/2 lbs.)  1/4 cup apple cider vinegar  1 medium onion, cut into 1/2-inch-thick rounds 

Directions

1. In small bowl, combine Mike’s All Purpose Seasoning (Original & Spicy), and oregano; set aside.

2. In shallow baking dish, arrange steaks, then drizzle with vinegar; turn to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 15 minutes.

3. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, combine onion with marinade; set aside.

4. Remove steaks from marinade, discarding marinade. Pat steaks dry, then evenly coat with seasoning mixture. Grill steaks and onions, turning once, 10 minutes or until steaks are desired doneness and onions are tender.


Chicken Parmesan May 26 2023

Prep Time: 10 minutes  Cook Time: 20 minutes  Serves: 6

Ingredients

1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs  3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese  1/2 tsp. Mike’s All Purpose Seasoning  6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/2 lbs.)  1/4 cup Shedd’s Spread Country Crock® Spread, melted 

Directions

Preheat oven to 425°. Combine bread crumbs, cheese and garlic powder and Mike’s All purpose Seasoning. Dip chicken in melted Shedd’s Spread Country Crock® Spread, then bread crumb mixture, coating well. Arrange chicken in 13 x 9-inch roasting pan. Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
